GET KITTED OUT - PREMIUM STOCKIST PROFILE SUBMISSION FORM

Use this form to provide the additional content needed to create your Premium Stockist presence on the Get Kitted Out website, including your Advert Card and full Business Profile.

Your core business details, such as your address and contact information, have already been supplied to us, so you won’t need to enter these again here.

We’d encourage you to complete your content as soon as possible and ideally before the website launches on 1st October 2026, so your business is fully represented from day one.

The form is split into three simple steps:
Step 1 – Identify your business
Enter your Customer ID and trading name so we can match your submission to the correct Stockist record.
Step 2 – Advert Card content
Provide the logo, image and short business overview used to create your promotional Advert Card across the Get Kitted Out website.
Step 3 – Profile Page details
Add the additional information and imagery used to build your full Premium Stockist profile page.

Where possible, we recommend completing all three steps at the same time so everything is ready ahead of launch.

If you need to make changes later, that’s no problem. You’ll be able to return to this form at any time, re-enter your Customer ID and trading name, and update your content.
